  • Is this a live workshop?
    Nope. After running the Glow-Up several times with live groups, I realized that although live was great for accountability, it was a real bummer for the people who - inevitably - couldn't make the timing work.

    The material here is the same, but instead of being at the mercy of OUR schedule, you get to decide when you start.
  • Why do I only get 10 days of access? Aren't most of your courses lifetime access?
    The 10-day window is for 2 reasons: 1) I can't offer ongoing 1:1 support to everyone who signs up for the Glow-Up, and 2) The short(-ish) window of time is designed to keep you on track and across the finish line. 10 days is PLENTY of time to complete all of the material, and you get to decide when your 10 day window starts. You also get to keep your workbooks, which contain most of the content from the course.
  • So does the 10 day access window start when I purchase?
    It can, but it doesn't have to. When you purchase, you'll receive an email with a link that works like a start button. It's entirely up to you to decide when you want to begin.
  • Is this program suitable for someone who's just starting out in photography?
    This process could benefit just about anyone who's feeling stuck or overwhelmed, but it's ideal for photographers who've been in business at least a year.
  • I'm super busy. How much time will I need to dedicate to the Glow-Up?
    The material in the Glow-Up takes around 6-8 hours to complete, including watching all of the training and doing all of the assignments. I recommend choosing a 10 day window when you can dedicate 1-2 hours per day for the first five days, leaving plenty of time in case something comes up and allowing you a few days for follow-up questions at the end.
  • Will I get one-on-one support or feedback on my business plan during the Glow-Up?
    You can! Your 10-day access includes the option to submit questions. All questions are answered by Annemie within 2 business days of being submitted (often much quicker). You will receive an email notifying you of the response when it's available.
  • What's your refund policy?
    Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products and the 1:1 support offered in this course, no refunds are available once you've initiated your access to the Glow-Up.
  • Is this really a course, or just one big ad for some other course you teach?
    The Glow-Up is a standalone course. If you like my style of teaching and I offer another course that will help you reach your goals, I'd love you to continue on as a student, but not to worry: there's no pitch or "in order to get the FULL benefit of this course, you need to purchase something else" hiding in the shadows.
